My ex's mother had her in their 60's We got together when her mom had a fall and just before she died and I supported her through it. Not a relationship I wanted and never actually being attracted nor enjoying her personality but I tried to be a good friend. Anyways in terms her oldest sister was 40 when we got together when we were both 21. Sure it gets harder for a women to have children later but it's still possible.
